  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: 
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size, we’ve got you covered!
    • Please contact us at support@goglowfashion.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item.
    • We will send you a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost to you. (No need to ship the old one back!).
  2. Sizing & Change of Mind
    Since we ship our curated collections directly from our global warehouses to offer you Free Worldwide Shipping, we currently do not accept returns for "change of mind."
    • Need a different size? Contact us! We offer a one-time "Sizing Satisfaction" discount if you need to order a different size of the same item.

  3. Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
